ARCTIC SEA SUPER-OMEGA 3

If you have problems getting children (or adults) to swallow Arctic-Sea then pop your tablets in the freezer and you can then slice the capsules into smaller sections making them easier to swallow.

I'm a beauty therapist and I have been using the Aloe Vera Gelly on my clients cuticles to soften them and offer nourishment to the surrounding nail plate before I carry out cuticle work during a manicure. I've been doing the same thing daily on my own fingers and toes and its worked wonders. I have also noticed that it make my nail polish last a whole lot longer! 

Too many late nights over the Christmas period? Gently rub Aloe Vera Gelly under the eyes in the morning to get rid of bags and puffiness.

Aloe Vera Gelly soothes chicken pox. It is easy to apply to wriggling children, it calms itching and promotes healthy healing.

Try putting Aloe Vera Gelly in with the remains of your mascara. It works better than any of the oils, especially if you have sensitive skin. It makes lashes thicker and longer too!

My two and a half year old daughter was suffering from a truly horrific nappy rash. After bathing her in Aloe Liquid Soap then covering her in Aloe Vera Gelly, 24 hours later she was back to her usual happy self.

Aloe Vera Gelly is great for earache. Warm the tube in a bowl of hot water, then squeeze a couple of drops of the warmed Aloe Vera Gelly into the affected ear at bedtime. Place cotton wool in the ear to prevent the gel from running out. You won't believe the difference when you wake up in the morning!

I suffer terribly with hay fever - itchy eyes and sore throat. I tried using the Aloe Vera Gelly round my eyes three times a day and swallow a teaspoon of Aloe Vera Gelly for my throat. After two days my hay fever symptoms were completely relieved.Do you suffer with bumps after shaving? Try using the Aloe Vera Gelly after shaving to prevent any bumps forming, and use to clear any existing bumps.

Aloe Heat Lotion

I have only used two Forever Living products so far:

Aloe Heat Lotion - My daughter who is 13 years old has a weak ankle and when it gets sore I apply the lotion and it gives relief.

Aloe Moisturizing Lotion - I find this product really good since my hands get dry andrough very easily. I have tried many hand cream products but with the Aloe Vera, it lasts much longer on my hands, it absorbs quickly and my hands feel soft and moisturised. I hope to try more products in the New Year.

Aloe Heat Lotion really helps if you have a cold or flu, it soothes the aching muscles and helps you breath more easily if you pop some on your chest and inhale deeply.

After too many party nights in killer heels - resulting in sore feet - try rubbing Aloe Heat Lotion on the bottom of your feet and slip on some soft socks. Result! Feet that feel revived and back to normal.

FOREVER BEE HONEY

For a really lovely facial treatment, try mixing Forever Bee Honey with Facial Contour Mask Powder and Aloe Activator - your skin feels beautifully soft and smooth afterwards (and it’s easier to wash off!)
